ACT CALISTHENICS SKILLS PROGRAMME 2025

Calisthenics ACT invites participants to register to present for Calisthenic Skills Examinations to be held as detailed below.

Prep class & examination dates, venue and times, as well as any other correspondence, will be sent to you directly by email – Please provide a current email address on your registration form and check this regularly so that you are aware of any updates.

Exam only fee for those attending private or Club lessons: (TBA average pricing $40 to $100) *

       Test 1 and  Test 2     
       Test 3 and Grade 1
       Grade 2, Grade 3 and Grade 4

* Final pricing will depend upon a number of factors such as the number of participants that register. The lower skill levels will be cheaper than the higher skills levels.

If you wish to participate in the 2025 Calisthenics Skills programme, you can do this in several ways:

1. Attend classes that will be available at your club.  If you choose this option you will need to register with Calisthenics ACT for your exam only.

2. Organise your own coach for private lessons.  If you choose this option you will need to register with Calisthenics ACT for your exam only.

An invoice for payment will be sent VERY SOON. Do not make any payments - an invoice will be send to you once your registration form has been processed. Payments will be due 14 days after issue of invoice and must be paid in full prior to an exam time being scheduled.

If attending CaliACT preparation classes - a confirmation letter detailing class dates, times and venues will be sent out by email as soon as coaches availability and numbers of participants are known. Please contact the Skills Administrator by email if you have not received this information, or an update, by 1st October 2025.

Participants will be required to the wear correct examination uniform to all classes and the exam. Parents are encouraged to check newsletters (emailed and with your Club delegate) or with the Skills Administrator, If in doubt as to whether the chosen attire meets exam uniform requirements.

All participants will need a rod and clubs for each class and the exam - Please check that these are the correct length. Skirts are not required.

As you can imagine scheduling over 190 examinations across the dates is quite a logistical exercise so once the timetable is confirmed we cannot make changes. Please consider your availability over the exam dates and let us know in advance if there is any time that your participant is not available - NO changes can be accepted now.

Exam times will be notified via email once the final timetable has been completed.

Saturday 29th / Sunday 30th November 2025

Venue – Kippax Uniting Church, Cnr Hardwick Cr & Luke St, Holt ACT

and

Saturday 6th December 2025

Venue – Weetangera Primary School, Southwell Street, Weetangera  ACT
