Entry for the 2021 Cali ACT Solo & Duo Season opens Monday 18 January, 2021 via myStage.   Entries will close Monday 15 February, 2021.  Late entries cannot be accepted.  

Solo & Duo competition entry via myStage can be done by coaches, parents/guardians or competitors (18 years and over) through your myStage account.  If you do not have a myStage account click on the sign-up button at the top of the myStage home page.  Instructions on setting up an account and entering the competitions can be found here.

 Cali ACT are offering two solo / duo competitions in 2021 – Preliminary and Championship.  Due to the increase in entry numbers over the last few years it is likely that each competition will run over two weekends.  Scheduling will be confirmed once entries have been finalized.

Cali ACT Preliminary Solo & Duo Competitions

• Weekend 1 - 27 & 28 March
• Weekend 2 – 10 & 11 April

Cali ACT Championship Solo & Duo Competitions

• Weekend 1 – 15 & 16 May
• Weekend 2 – 22 & 23 May

The Preliminary and Championship competitions are listed separately in myStage.  If competitors are entering both competitions be sure that entries are completed for both competition listings.

SOLO GRADING FAQ FOR MYSTAGE ENTRY

 My Soloist is listed on the 2021 Draft Solo Grading List:     

• Please enter your soloist under the grading assigned to them - e.g.Intermediate Cal Solo Championship - Intermediate Graceful Division 1 etc.  
• Note - these gradings may change after entries close depending on entry numbers and new gradings.

My Soloist is NOT listed on the 2021 Draft Solo Grading List:   

Competitors with previous solo competition experience - 

• please ensure your coach has completed the online Cali ACT Solo Grading Application.  You can then enter your soloist as 'grading pending' category - e.g. Junior Cal Solo Grading Pending.  Note - Grading applications close Monday 15 February, 2021.  

Competitors with NO previous solo competition experience -

• 7 year or Sub-Junior competitors with no solo competition experience - enter your soloist as 'novice' e.g. 7 Year Cal Solo Novice
• Junior, Inter or Senior competitors with no solo competition experience - enter your soloist in the lowest division for their age-group / item.
• Duos - do not need a grading.
