Each year on the 3rd weekend in January, the Cali ACT Coach Network holds a professional development weekend for all Cali ACT registered coaches and cadets. Seminars presented at this Kickstart weekend provide coaches with the opportunity to further their coaching skills, keep current on the trends in coaching and calisthenics, and maintain necessary coach accreditation update points.
