This workshop is targeted around forming a DLP and what is and isn't effective and what compliments and distracts from a performance.
Belinda Williams (you may know her as Belinda Seaman) is a current Level 1 Coach, the Principal Coach this year, of our ACT Seniors State team. Belinda has a long history within ACT Calisthenics, and we stand very proud of her many achievements (as a Coach, a performer, a mentor and advisor) through the years! Fun fact! Belinda is the graphic designer behind our current ACT logo – Thanks Belinda!
